1 month ago i had my hair coloured from platinum blonde(my hair is naturally light blonde) to dark brown and hated it so this weekend i bought some loreal pre lightener and a loreal dark ash blonde. After the bleach it went a lovely orange shade ha ha so i put in the toner and it went darfk ash blonde but its too dark ,does anyone know ikf its safe to put on another toner yet in light ash blonde??

actually if you are wanting your hair to be any lighter then you should go to a hairdresser and have them do highlights or an overall lightening process. i strongly suggest not doing anything else at home. it is not going to matter when you put the toner on because a toner does not lighten your hair, they are generally demi-permanent colors that only deposit color (making it slightly darker) and they are low amonia, and have a low level of peroxide, which does not make them damaging to the hair. that being said, the reason your hair turned orange is simple, you did not leave the lightener on long enough. hair goes through about 7 lightening stages...orange being one of them. once the hair is orange, you still need to leave the lightener on long enough to bring the tone up to a medium to pale yellow, then you can use a toner to counteract the yellow. but this is a complicated process and one that only a stylist is going to know how to control, doing it yourself is asking for breakage and splotchy, uneven color. hope this helps.

If you're hair has already gone orange I would seriously consider seeing a professional but if you're dead set on doing it at home the general rule is to wait at least 48 hours between the next treatment.

No it is not safe you hair will become brittle and weak because u are taking away its nutrients wait at least another month and while waiting get some good intensive conditioner and leave it on once a week
