I have permanent professionally done blonde highlights. My hair is a dirty brownish/golden at the moment and I want to use Loreal Color Pulse temporary dye to dye it a dark brown temporarily. Will this ruin the highlights? Thanks!

I've used the same brand, Loreal Colour Pulse, but dyed my hair purple and pink. After a week or two, the colour completely faded out of my streaks. I had thin blonde highlights done though, so if you've got thick ones, the colour might stay in longer depending on how much it's concentrated. But it should completely fade out within a month. It's a natural colour though, so it should be fine !

yeah the bleach in the hair dye will react and take out the already blonde highlights

so when you dye your hair you will have to get your highlights re done!

Yes it will. Treat yourself and go to a hairdressers. There is nothing worse than a bad hair YEAR!

yes do not use temporary dye

it will tottally change your hair color once it comes out

if you do not want your blonde highlits then get ur hair professionally dyed but i have dirty bronish golder hair with blonde highlights too and lit will defienetly change the color of r hair
