I have naturally dirty blonde hair and was going to go with red streaks but my hair is a very light dirty blonde. Would using loreal color pulse hot mahogany show up in my hair type? ( and not bright)

Yes it will. I have dark brown hair and it showed up. Depending on how long you leave it in will determine how bright it will be, but it fades.
