1. Does Color Pulse Work?

2.Can You Dye your hair an opposite color like from black to blonde.

3. About how much is it and Where can you buy it, like what supermarkets ETC. I LIve in LA.

4. Whats A Good haircolor if your skin is tan and your hair is black.

5. What color should my brother dye it. hes 15 and want to test it out and use it. hes tan also with black hair.

1. Does Color Pulse Work?

Yes, but it's not as vibrant as it looks in the advertisements. Unless your hair is blonde or light brown, the color will only tint your hair (and will probably be the most visible in sunlight).

2.Can You Dye your hair an opposite color like from black to blonde.

No you cannot. You have to bleach your hair. You can't even dye it blonde with regular permanent dye, much less Color Pulse.

Usually $5.99 at Walgreens.

Use the three shade rule. Never dye your hair more than 3 shades lighter or darker than your natural color.

yes, it works. but no, you can't dye your hair from black to blonde. you can't dye any color hair blonde without bleaching it.

but I used to get it at walmart.

1. yes it does work I have used it many times. It isnt permanent but it looks great and is not damaging to your hair.

2.no you cant dye your hair from black to blonde. I had to do this and the only way to do it is to first bleach your hair and then add color. the lighter your hair is before you dye it, the more intense the results will be. I would recomend bleaching your hair first, it can be some what damaging to your hair but if your hair has never been dyed before it should be perfectly ok. there are tests you can do before bleaching to see the affect it will have on your hair. but there is no dye that will take your hair from dark to light.

3. it is about $6 and you can buy it pretty much anywhere I bought it at K-mart.

4. Light brown would look great and it would highlight your dark skin.

5. Well again he would have to lighten it first but I would say light brown also.
