its fine if you dont have heavily damaged hair.
i've stripped my hair and dyed it twice in the SAME DAY, which i know is a HUGE NO NO, but i had no problems.

It is okay but it is going to dry your hair out, possibly severley. Suggest conditioning it well for the next couple of weeks, then if you must, try it again.

Is it possible to buy the Fade Defying Conditioner, separately, that comes in the box with L'Oreal Superior Preference hair color dye? Or is there a similar product that conditions hair as well?
